Dania is a Citadel graduate who studied Clinical Counseling Psychology, is a Multicultural Counseling Competent counselor (MCC) and enjoys working adult women with:

• Multicultural identity and experiences
• Women-Centered issues
• Life Transitions and everyday stressors 

Dania uses the following modalities when supporting clients:

• Person-Centered Therapy: Offering a listening ear and a safe space where any kind of conversation can happen
• Cognitive Behavioral Techniques: Changing thoughts to change feelings & reduce distress
• Strengths-Based Approach: Helping clients recognize and build on the resources and strengths they already have

In her free time, Dania enjoys baking delicious treats, traveling, and junk journaling.
