Today's teens face unique challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, social pressures, bullying, self-esteem
struggles, family conflict, and the impact of social media. Several of our therapists work with ages 14+ to help build coping skills, improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and navigate life challenges with greater confidence.
Alysia is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), specifically trained in systemic and relational theories to support you and all of your relationships. Every relationship experiences challenges, but couples therapy can help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, and strengthen their connection. Our goal is to help couples create more satisfying, resilient, and fulfilling relationships.

With training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and neurodiversity-affirming care, Anthony Pyatt helps neurodivergent couples better understand each other's unique communication styles, needs, and strengths. Therapy focuses on improving connection, reducing conflict, and creating relationship strategies that incorporate the way each partner's brain works rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
Alysia and Anthony both work with families navigating common challenges, including communication difficulties, parent-child conflict, behavioral concerns, life transitions, divorce, grief, the impact of anxiety/ADHD/autism spectrum diagnosis, and other mental health concerns. Family therapy provides a supportive space to improve understanding, strengthen relationships, and
develop healthier ways of navigating challenges together.
