Madison works with individuals ages 16+ and places a strong emphasis on how the physical body impacts mental health. She enjoys helping clients who are navigating:
- Anxiety, Chronic Stress & Burnout
- Nervous System Regulation Challenges
- Depression & Emotional Disconnection
Madison uses the following approaches with her clients:
- Somatic Therapy and Yoga: Releasing stress held in the body
- Mindfulness: Building awareness without judgment
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Understanding how thoughts affect feelings & actions
In her free time, Madison enjoys staying active, playing pickleball, spending time with family and friends, and watching light-hearted reality television!
