A credit card is required to reserve first time appointments 

   *24-hour notice is required for reschedules and cancellations*

LATE RESCHEDULE - $25

LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW - $50 (first occurrence)

Subsequent late cancellations/no shows - $100

Emotional Support Animal Assessment & Documentation - $250
