We accept payment via cash, debit/credit card, Care Credit card, Health Savings Account/Flex Spending Account cards, Apple and Samsung Pay

A credit card is required to reserve first time appointments 

   LATE (less than 24 hour notice) RESCHEDULE - $25

LATE (less than 24 hours notice) CANCELLATION - $50 (first occurrence)

Subsequent late cancellations - $100

NO SHOW/NO CONTACT - $50 (first occurrence)

Subsequent no show/no contact - $100
